Reality check: No audience yet, no content yet — Joshua's words. End-of-2026 is conservative. Sweat equity primary. Roadmap below is the path from "all in his head" to "shipped to real users."
Content + Foundation
Active now- Joshua records first 10 prayer routines via Studio (mic in browser)
- Auto-transcription via Whisper for every recording
- Confirm name (FITBYCHRIST.com — Joshua flagged as available)
- Alex scaffolds React Native app (Expo + Supabase)
- Level 1 prayer routines documented (3x10 Jesus Prayer, etc.)
Deliverable: 10 audio routines in R2 + buyable domain + app shell
MVP Engine
- Joshua records 10 more routines + 5 reading plans
- Drafts confessional reflections (Prayer Book pp. 32-41)
- Daily routine player with timer + sets/reps tracker
- Habit tracking with streaks
- L1 progression engine (only L1 for MVP)
- Persona onboarding quiz
Deliverable: Working MVP on TestFlight + Play Store internal beta
Beta Testing
- Joshua dogfoods the app daily for 2 weeks (week 5-6)
- Push notifications + streak system live
- Recruit 10-20 beta users from Joshua's church/network
- Weekly check-in calls with beta users
- Iterate on top 3 friction points
- Add Levels 2-3 content as users progress
Deliverable: 10-20 real users testing daily, structured feedback loop
Public Launch + Depth
- L4 Confessional Reflections (encrypted, private, sacramental)
