Build MVP

  • Core app: daily routine (workout + meditation + devotional)
  • 20 workout videos (Joshua films, Alex edits)
  • 10 guided meditations
  • 10 devotional readings
  • User onboarding flow (persona quiz from this site)

Deliverable: Testable app on TestFlight/Play Store beta

Later Month 7-9

Beta Launch

  • 100 beta users from Joshua's community
  • Push notifications and streaks
  • Community feed (share progress, prayer requests)
  • Iterate based on feedback (2-week sprints)

Deliverable: App Store submission

Future Month 10-12+

Scale

  • Public launch with marketing push
  • B2B pilot (3 churches, 2 studios)
  • AI-personalized routines
  • Group challenges and live sessions

Deliverable: 5,000+ users, revenue
