Deliverable: Testable app on TestFlight/Play Store beta
Later Month 7-9
Beta Launch
- 100 beta users from Joshua's community
- Push notifications and streaks
- Community feed (share progress, prayer requests)
- Iterate based on feedback (2-week sprints)
Deliverable: App Store submission
Future Month 10-12+
Scale
- Public launch with marketing push
- B2B pilot (3 churches, 2 studios)
- AI-personalized routines
- Group challenges and live sessions
